Domestic Orders are typically delivered in 2-7 business days depending on the shipping service chosen at checkout.
International Orders are typically delivered in 7-21 business days depending on the shipping service and the time it takes for the package to clear local customs.

When you place your order before noon Eastern Time, we'll ship your order the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm ET will be shipped the following business day.
Note: Orders placed after 12pm ET on Friday will ship out Monday.
Some exceptions include team store products, customized products, select special order items, and backorders.
We love when customers personalize their apparel and other products with names and numbers, we just need a little extra time to complete those orders. Orders that include name and/or number personalization require 3-5 additional business days on top of the estimate provided at the time of checkout.
Items with Special Order labelstypically require an additional 2-5 weeks handling time in addition to the delivery timeframe shown at checkout. If you've ordered multiple items, they may be delivered in separate shipments.For each shipment, we will provide a tracking number. For a detailed view of your shipment history, simply log into your account and select the respective order number.
Handling time for large training and field equipment may require an additional 1-2 days for packing and dispatch.
Orders with multiple Team Store items might come from different locations and require varied production times, leading to deliveries over several days. Always review product detail pages for specific timeframes. You'll receive tracking info for each shipment.
The production and shipping duration varies based on the items ordered. Multi-item orders often ship in separate packages across several days.

Orders containing a mix of printed, embroidered, and Made-to-Order items often ship from various locations at different times, leading to increased shipping costs. Rest assured, we always strive to keep shipping as cost-effective as possible.
Unfortunately, Team Store items are made on demand, so we can't offer exchanges or refunds.
However, if there's an error or defect, reach out to our customer service department for authorization to return.
