Kwik Goal’s Coaching Sticks are designed to help improve a player’s foot speed, reaction time, and overall agility. They can be used within overall fitness drills, as speed training, or as a lead in to catching and passing drills or larger playing scenarios. These sticks are secured into the ground using a natural surface only ground peg.
