CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE:
Measure all the way around - taking the tape approximately 2.5 cm from the pit of the arm, around the fullest part of the chest. Try to keep the tape level.
WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE:
Measure all the way around - taking the tape around the narrowest part of your waist. Try to keep your tape measure level. Gilbert shorts are elasticated so there is usually a bit of room for movement in either direction. Size up or down according to preference for a looser or tighter fitting short.
It is always suggested that you measure more than once as your posture changes when you move and sometimes affects the measurement you take.
